StaffingCall self-service, is an Apple, Android, and Web based application that allows employees to:
1. View, enter, and edit their work schedule on a computer or in the mobile app "StaffingCall" for quick-reference viewing. (This is a convenience feature and does not change or edit the true actual employee work schedule)
2. Enter their availability to work additional shifts.
3. Enter their non-availability to work for personal privacy.
4. Open and view active shift offers to work additional shifts.
5. Respond to active shift offers they would like to work.
6. Edit their personal profiles including their name, email, and mobile number within the service.
StaffingCall enables managers and supervisors to easily broadcast shift offers to off-duty employees in time of need.
Front-line supervisors who immediately oversee staff and crews are able to send requests to fill shifts the moment an off-duty employee is needed.
These supervisors can interact with staff responses within moments to have the workplace operating at full productivity once again.
Enabling front-line supervisors to have this capability, StaffingCall removes countless traditional resources and operating costs needed to fill shifts while also saving time AND money in the organization.
As a result, StaffingCall can be used by supervisors, managers, and business owners to broadcast open shift-offers to off-duty employees that require additional staffing wherever needed.
When employees set their availability to work in their own personal app calendar, that information is utilized by the software in delivering the notification of additional relief shifts.
When a group manager, super admin, or admin sends an offer for an additional shift, employees who are available and matching the skill-set required receive instant notification and are able to respond.
Employee responses are received by the shift-offer creator. Once the shift-offer creator chooses the employee to award the shift to, a confirmation is sent to the employee who has been awarded the shift at which point the employee responds with a follow-up confirmation.
This process ensures that shift responses are valid and have been confirmed by each party involved.
