Setting Up Your Schedule

All employees can setup their calendar in their app, or on a computer. Here are the steps:
1. Login to the service.
2. Your homepage inside your app, or on the computer will display a calendar with the number of shifts your organization operates with per calendar day. These shifts represent the shifts you work as accurately as possible. See Image below:
3. Press and hold your finger on any calendar day and a popup menu will open. Sometimes, you may need to slightly move your finger on your screen to activate the popup. If you wish to select more than one day in a row, drag your finger along those days. With a computer mouse, simply click and drag. If you make a mistake, you can change your selection back. You will then see this popup to interact with as below:
4. You can then select three options to set your availability.

First, select the shift that you would like to adjust in the "select shift" drop down menu, or leave as full day. Then select the option you would like to activate: Working, Unavailable, Available. Here is what they mean:

     a. Working (colored BLUE), as a reminder you are working. You will NOT be notified for shift-offers for the shifts marked blue in your calendar.
     b. Not Available (colored RED), meaning you are not available for work notices and have set the app to "privacy mode" for these shifts.
     c. Available (colored GREEN), meaning you will be notified for all shift-offers

You may also click on "Cancel" to close this action. Once you select a choice, your calendar will automatically update for you. You will see the shifts marked on your calendar screen.

CONGRATS! You're service is now ready and tailored to fit your personal needs.

CRITICAL NOTE!: This is very important so please read on. You can toggle between two screens on the home page.
1. The "Calendar View" Screen.
2. The Shift-Offer or "List View" Screen.
This can be done by clicking on the applicable buttons as seen in the image below:
You can also set whichever page preferred as "default" in your settings menu in the app or on the computer.
Then every time you log in, you will begin on the screen you saved as default. See image below to locate the settings menu to perform this action on a computer or in the app:

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ THIS!

ALWAYS: To interact with any shift offer this is what you need to do within the app:

1. Open the menu in the App by clicking the 3 horizontal bars on the top left of the screen. You will see a menu item titled "Shift Offers" with a numbered blue dot beside it. CLICK on "Shift Offers".  YOU MUST click on this menu item to respond to the shift offer.  Clicking the "shift offers" menu item will open the shift offer screen

2. When on the page that is now listing the"shift-offer" details, you can interact with the offer by clicking on the box containing the details of the offer. You may also click on the "blue text listing the shift". This will open a selection potential of 3 buttons.
     a. Accept Full - means you are wanting to offer to work the full shift
     b. Accept Partial - means you are wanting to offer to work only part of the shift offered
     c. Decline - means you are not interested in working

3. When you click "Accept Full" you must answer if this is an overtime shift by selecting yes or no. This does not obligate your employer to pay overtime wages. This option is used for programming purposes only but is essential to complete the step. Once complete, click on the blue "submit button". When you select "Accept Partial", you will be prompted to select the times you are available to work this shift offer. You need to adjust the times in the selection boxes, then proceed to answer the overtime question, then click submit. If you click "Decline", a popup will occur to verify if you are sure about your decision. Simply select yes or no.

If you are waiting for an update after interacting with a shift-offer, you may pull down the screen on your app to refresh. If on a computer, it will refresh ever 15 seconds. Although refreshing manually on the app will speed-up reloading, the app will also auto-refresh on its own.

Once you have replied to a shift-offer as presented in the steps above you may or may not be awarded the shift. That decision is yet to come from the person who sent the shift-offer.

If you have been awarded the shift, you will receive a response to your offer that you provided in the steps above. Once you  have actually been awarded the shift, you will MUST RESPOND to confirm the offer. Please close the communication loop by doing this. The person who offered you the shift will not be aware you have accepted the offer until you complete the process!
