Accessing Your StaffingCall Self Service
StaffingCall can be accessed in one of two ways:
A. Any desktop or laptop computer with internet access can login to the service at this web address:
B. Any mobile device or tablet with internet access can login to the service by downloading the mobile application.
The mobile application may be downloaded FOR FREE on Google Play, or The Apple App Store.
The web address version is to only be used with a computer. The software runs best with the app on mobile devices and tablets.
All users will receive an immediate email to create their User ID and Password the moment they are added in the system. Users are added in the system by their manager.
Users should be notified by their manager of the upcoming introduction of StaffingCall within the organization and therefore be ready to create their own login and password as soon as they receive the email to do so.
READ: This email will expire within 24 hours so it is imperative the user completes this process to avoid challenges with the implementation of StaffingCall. When you receive the email, follow the steps below.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS EXACTLY AS STATED BELOW:

Once you receive the email from StaffingCall, open that email as soon as possible and create your user ID and password by clicking the click "here" link in that email (SEE IMAGE ABOVE). Use an easy to remember standard pattern that is case sensitive. eg. Username: MiMouse Password: MickeyM123. Let your device save this if possible for easy access later.
- Once the system states "user created successfully", THEN you can download the free app and login using that same username and password you just created. Let the device save your app login info as well.
- You are now able to use the app OR the web on a computer at www.staffingcallapp.com to interact with the service.
